9:00 Meet with your English-speaking tour guide in the lobby of your hotel.
A first introduction to Lyon history with the popular Terreaux Square, one of the 2 biggest squares in Lyon, and then a discovery of the famous Fresque des Lyonnais, one of our numerous painting walls (Murals-frescos).

Keep following the path of history with the Renaissance district of Vieux-Lyon, today registered at the Unesco World Heritage list.
Let’s Traboule a few amazing courtyards, taking you from one block to another one…

After a sweet tasting stop on route (you may try our brioche Praline or chocolate/local specialty), you will reach the top of Fourviere Hill (use of the cable Car named ‘la Ficelle’).

You will embrace the whole view of the city, and understand how the city is structured with its 3 main areas (Old Lyon/Presqu’île/Modern Part)

Let’s go down the Fourvière hill, crossing the ancient Gallo-roman ruins, and get back to the pedestrian streets of old town.

13:00 Your guide will let you discover more on your own for your afternoon time or will propose to drop you off at your hotel in Lyon.
